We are seeking a Site Supervisor for ducting and chilled-water works in Dubai. The role will supervise site execution, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure installations meet approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Fit out is a UAE-based interior fit-out and MEP contracting company delivering turnkey solutions across commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, healthcare, education, and corporate projects.
We are seeking a Site Supervisor for ducting and chilled-water works in Dubai. The role will supervise site execution, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, and ensure installations meet approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of HVAC ducting, chilled-water piping, insulation, supports, valves, and related MEP works.
- Review drawings, layouts, method statements, and work sequences before execution.
- Coordinate daily activities with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and other trades to prevent clashes and delays.
- Inspect workmanship, materials, testing, and installation progress against approved requirements.
- Monitor labor, tools, materials, housekeeping, and productivity on site.
- Report progress, site issues, material requirements, and technical concerns to the project team.
- Promote compliance with safety and quality requirements.

What we’re looking for
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC ducting and chilled-water piping installation.
- Ability to interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and coordinated layouts.
- Competence in supervising ductwork, pipe supports, insulation, valves, equipment connections, and pressure or leakage testing.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple construction trades in active fit-out environments.
- Working knowledge of inspection requests, material approvals, snagging, quality control, and handover documentation.
- Ability to plan daily activities, track progress, identify clashes, and escalate technical or material issues promptly.
- Clear communication, team leadership, site reporting, safety awareness, and disciplined housekeeping practices.
