World Wide Jobs HR Consultancy is recruiting a Lifeguard for a client facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming aquatic environment while providing continuous supervision of swimmers and pool users. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong vigilance, sound judgment, physical fitness, and the ability to respond calmly during emergencies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitor pool areas, water activity, and surrounding facilities to identify hazards and unsafe behavior.
• Enforce pool rules and provide clear, courteous safety instructions to guests.
• Respond promptly to incidents, perform water rescues, and provide first aid or CPR when required.
• Inspect rescue equipment and report damaged, missing, or unsafe items.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and safety concerns.
• Support pool cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with facility operating procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors and emergency personnel during incidents or evacuations.

This position requires sustained attention, professional conduct, and readiness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
