We are seeking a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives, expand the client portfolio, and strengthen EliteBPO’s market presence across the United Arab Emirates. This role combines strategic business development, consultative selling, marketing planning, and relationship management within the outsourcing services sector.

This role combines strategic business development, consultative selling, marketing planning, and relationship management within the outsourcing services sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients requiring BPO, customer support, HR, finance, recruitment, or digital services.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through market research, networking, referrals, presentations, and structured outreach.
- Prepare proposals, capability presentations, commercial submissions, and solution recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in senior B2B business development, marketing, consultative sales, or account growth, preferably within BPO, professional services, technology, or a related service environment.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, market segmentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing complex service engagements.
- Ability to communicate the value of customer support, back-office, RPO, HR, finance, accounting, and digital outsourcing solutions to decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation, business writing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with strong planning, forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, marketing platforms, and sales reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple opportunities, and deliver measurable growth results in a target-driven environment.
