What you’ll be doing
Click Drive Car Rental provides luxury, economy, family cars, and SUVs to tourists, business professionals, and residents across Abu Dhabi. With flexible daily, weekly, and monthly rental options, airport and hotel delivery, and well-maintained vehicles, the company focuses on convenient and reliable customer service.
Welcome customers, understand their transportation needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and rental options.
Explain rental terms, vehicle features, insurance coverage, deposits, and payment requirements clearly.
Prepare rental agreements, verify customer documentation, and accurately record booking and vehicle information.
Coordinate vehicle collection, returns, extensions, airport and hotel deliveries, and vehicle availability with operations teams.
Inspect vehicles at handover and return, document condition, and report damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and service requests professionally while maintaining company standards.
Maintain accurate records and support daily branch administration and fleet utilization.

What we’re looking for
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to explain rental agreements, charges, policies, and vehicle features accurately.
- Careful document verification, data entry, cash or payment handling, and record maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of vehicle handover and return inspections, including identifying visible damage.
- Good organization and coordination skills for bookings, deliveries, returns, and fleet availability.
- Professional complaint handling and problem-solving in a fast-paced service environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with booking systems, office software, and digital records.
- English communication is required; knowledge of Arabic or other commonly spoken customer languages is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license and familiarity with Abu Dhabi roads are preferred.
