BrandGills, a marketing and media company based in Dubai, is seeking a full-time Videographer to join its creative team.
Responsibilities and conditions
- Shoot different types of content for brands and businesses.
- Produce content optimized for social media, including short-form vertical video.
- Work according to shoot schedules and deadlines.
- Work on-site in Dubai, UAE, with rotational timings depending on shoot schedules.
- Work 6 days per week with a rotational weekly off.
- Travel is required; conveyance is provided for shoots beyond Bur Dubai.
- Full-time employment; this is not a freelance or project-based position.
- Salary: AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
What we’re looking for
- Strong camera-handling, framing, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
- Practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, stabilizers, tripods, and location audio equipment.
- Ability to produce content optimized for social media platforms, including short-form vertical video.
- Understanding of current social media formats, trends, pacing, hooks, and audience engagement.
- Working knowledge of video editing, trimming, transitions, color correction, audio balancing, and export settings.
- Ability to use editing and production software efficiently and maintain organized project files.
- Strong collaboration, communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotational timings and adapt to changing shoot schedules.
- Must have your own laptop for video editing.
