We support residential, commercial, and large-scale developments across Dubai and the UAE through disciplined site supervision, structured sequencing, controlled workmanship, and dependable handovers.
We are seeking an AC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems at project and service sites in Dubai. The role contributes to reliable building services delivery, safe site operations, and completion of work with minimal snags.

- Install, service, repair, and commission split, package, ducted, and other HVAC systems as assigned.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, drainage, airflow, and temperature-related faults.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, cleaning, filter replacement, pressure checks, and performance testing.
- Read basic HVAC drawings, equipment manuals, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other MEP trades to sequence work efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures, maintain tools and equipment, document completed work, and support quality inspections and handovers.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential or commercial air-conditioning systems.
- Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion devices, thermostats, and refrigerant charging.
- Ability to use multimeters, manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, leak-detection equipment, and common hand tools safely.
- Capability to identify electrical and mechanical faults and complete repairs to a professional standard.
- Understanding of HVAC drawings, maintenance checklists, work permits, and site safety requirements.
- Good coordination, time management, housekeeping, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work at construction and service sites in Dubai and cooperate with MEP teams under supervision.
