What you’ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced Immigration & Visa Case Officer to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visa and immigration processing and be confident in handling applications for multiple countries.
Experience with Canada PR, Australia PR, New Zealand immigration/residency, Schengen visas, and European residency applications will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visa and immigration processing and be confident in handling applications for multiple countries.
Experience with Canada PR, Australia PR, New Zealand immigration/residency, Schengen visas, and European residency applications will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end visa and immigration application processes.
- Prepare and complete visa, PR, and residency application forms accurately.
- Check and verify client documents according to the latest requirements.
- Prepare complete application files and supporting documentation.
- Handle Schengen visa applications for multiple countries.
- Handle Canada PR and immigration applications.
- Handle Australia PR and immigration applications.
- Handle New Zealand visa and residency applications.
- Assist with European/Schengen residency applications.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents, corrections, and additional information.
- Manage online immigration portals and visa application systems.
- Coordinate biometrics, medical examinations, appointments, and document submissions.
- Prepare supporting documents such as cover letters, statements/letters of explanation, and employment
