What you’ll be doing
HRM Recruitment LLC is seeking skilled Fabricators for client assignments in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role supports manpower deployment and project execution by producing, assembling, and finishing metal components in line with approved drawings, measurements, and workplace safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be dependable, physically capable of performing workshop duties, attentive to detail, and comfortable working as part of a multicultural project team. Assignments may vary according to client requirements and operational schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, fit, and assemble metal materials using suitable hand and power tools.
- Prepare components for welding, installation, finishing, or inspection.
- Check dimensions, alignment, joints, and surface quality throughout the fabrication process.
- Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow project specifications, quality standards, safe work practices, and supervisor instructions.
- Report material shortages, equipment issues, defects, and progress updates promptly.

What we’re looking for
Required Skills and Competencies
- Practical experience in metal fabrication, structural fabrication, steelwork, or a related trade.
- Ability to read basic fabrication drawings, sketches, measurements, and layouts.
- Competence with measuring, marking, cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and assembly tools.
- Knowledge of material types, dimensions, tolerances, joint preparation, and finishing methods.
- Ability to use tape measures, verniers, squares, levels, and other inspection tools accurately.
- Awareness of workshop safety, personal protective equipment, material handling, and housekeeping standards.
- Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, reliability, and teamwork.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and meet production or project deadlines.
