Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase and sales orders, shipment schedules, documentation, and delivery milestones.
- Communicate with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates, and transaction records.
- Track cargo movement, resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates on delays or exceptions.
- Monitor order status, quantities, specifications, and agreed commercial terms to support accurate execution.
- Maintain organized databases and reports covering shipments and suppliers.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in operations, logistics, international trade, commodities, procurement, or a related commercial environment.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage several shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of shipping documentation, freight processes, customs coordination, and international transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving, follow-up, organization, and negotiation-support skills.
- Comfort working with multicultural teams, international time zones, and changing operational priorities.
