What you’ll be doing
Civil Power General Contracting LLC (CPGC) is an Abu Dhabi construction company delivering healthcare, education, industrial, retail, residential, commercial, and military projects. We are seeking a Site Engineer to support safe, efficient, and high-quality execution on active construction sites.

- Coordinate daily site activities, monitor progress, and help ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and applicable standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and construction activities.
- Review drawings, technical documents, method statements, and material submittals.
- Monitor workmanship, productivity, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and site records.
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, project managers, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Verify quantities, support measurements, and contribute to project cost and schedule control.
- Identify site risks, support safe working practices, and report nonconformities promptly.
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site supervision, and project execution.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Competence in preparing daily reports, inspection requests, progress records, and quantity measurements.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Working knowledge of quality control procedures, method statements, risk assessments, and site safety requirements.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with project scheduling or reporting tools is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on active construction sites and meet project deadlines.
