- Maintain regular communication with customers and respond to sales inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, record customer information, and update sales activity accurately.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to support order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
- Work toward agreed sales targets while maintaining professional service standards.
