What you’ll be doing
Deow International is seeking a skilled Car Upholstery Technician to work on premium vehicles in Dubai. The role focuses on restoring, repairing, replacing, and customizing interior upholstery to a high standard while protecting the quality and appearance expected in luxury automotive work.

- Remove, inspect, repair, and refit vehicle seats, door panels, headliners, dashboards, carpets, and related interior components.
- Cut, stitch, shape, and install leather, vinyl, fabric, suede, and other upholstery materials.
- Match colors, patterns, stitching, textures, and finishing details across premium car interiors.
- Measure accurately, identify defects, and complete repairs or replacements according to job requirements.
- Use upholstery tools, sewing equipment, adhesives, and trim-fitting equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain clean work areas, protect vehicle surfaces, and conduct quality checks before handover.
- Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to meet completion schedules and customer specifications.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience in automotive upholstery, interior trimming, or premium vehicle restoration.
- Strong knowledge of leather, vinyl, fabric, suede, foam, adhesives, thread, and automotive trim materials.
- Ability to dismantle and reinstall seats, panels, carpets, headliners, and interior fittings without damage.
- Competence in measuring, cutting, sewing, stretching, gluing, pattern matching, and finishing upholstery.
- Good understanding of luxury vehicle interior standards and attention to stitching, alignment, and surface quality.
- Ability to read work instructions, assess repair requirements, and select suitable techniques and materials.
- Safe handling of hand tools, sewing machines, heat tools, and workshop equipment.
- Careful, reliable, physically capable, and committed to meeting quality and turnaround expectations.
