What you’ll be doing
Infiway Contracting LLC is a maintenance and technical services company providing maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and call-out solutions across the UAE. The company is seeking an MEP Technician to support building services and maintenance operations in Dubai.
The successful candidate will contribute to facility performance by diagnosing issues, completing preventive maintenance, and responding to service requirements.

- Inspect, install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial or residential facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, fixtures, pumps, motors, panels, lighting, water supply, drainage, and related MEP assets.
- Diagnose faults using appropriate testing tools and implement safe, practical repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests and call-outs, document completed work, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Read basic drawings, layouts, manuals, and technical instructions to support accurate work.
- Follow UAE safety practices, company procedures, housekeeping standards, and permit requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other technicians to complete work efficiently.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance in buildings or facilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits, lighting, pumps, motors, water systems, drainage, and common MEP faults.
- Competence with hand tools, power tools, electrical testers, and basic maintenance equipment.
- Ability to interpret basic MEP drawings, equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance routines, safe isolation, PPE, and workplace safety procedures.
- Strong practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize service requests, complete maintenance records, and communicate issues clearly.
- Reliable teamwork, professional conduct, physical fitness for site work, and willingness to respond to call-outs.
