What you’ll be doing

Quick Roadways Transport is a passenger transportation company serving the UAE market. We are seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to develop business opportunities and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, and other organizations in Dubai.

Identify and approach prospective clients and business partners across Dubai.
Present transportation services, prepare suitable proposals, and explain service benefits.
Arrange client meetings, conduct sales visits, and maintain an organized prospect pipeline.
Build long-term relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, hotels, and event-related customers.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support accurate quotations and smooth service delivery.
Track market activity, competitor offerings, sales results, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales updates and work toward agreed business development targets.

What we’re looking for

Demonstrated ability to perform outdoor sales, business development, or field-based account acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify prospects, arrange appointments, deliver service presentations, and close opportunities.
Professional follow-up habits with accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and results.
Understanding of corporate sales, travel trade, hospitality, or passenger transportation markets is beneficial.
Confident use of email, spreadsheets, customer databases, and basic sales reporting tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, well organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Professional conduct and strong customer service when representing the company with clients and partners.
