The company is seeking a Tower Crane Operator to support safe and efficient lifting operations at its Abu Dhabi project site. The successful candidate will operate tower cranes to move construction materials, equipment, and components according to approved lifting plans and site instructions. This role requires strong attention to safety, precise communication with ground teams, and consistent equipment checks in a busy construction environment.

- Operate tower cranes safely to lift, position, and lower loads at varying heights and distances.
- Complete pre-start inspections and report mechanical, electrical, or structural defects promptly.
- Follow approved lift plans, load limits, exclusion zones, and site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with signalers, riggers, supervisors, and other site personnel using established signals or radio communication.
- Maintain accurate operating and inspection records and support routine crane maintenance activities.
- Stop operations when conditions are unsafe.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to operate tower cranes on active building or civil construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations, load capacities, rigging principles, and safe material handling.
- Ability to interpret lift plans, load charts, operating manuals, and site instructions.
- Clear coordination with banksmen, riggers, lifting supervisors, and project teams.
- Practical understanding of daily crane inspections, hazard identification, and toolbox talks.
- Steady hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, concentration, and sound judgment at height.
- Ability to work outdoors, follow rotating site schedules, and comply with UAE construction safety standards.
- Valid UAE-recognized crane operator certification or license is strongly preferred.
