What you’ll be doing
Salsabeel Holding Building Contracting is an Ajman-based construction and real estate development company specializing in general building construction, property execution, and related contracting activities. We are seeking a Real Estate Agent to support property marketing, client engagement, and transaction coordination across the Ajman and wider UAE market.
The successful candidate will build relationships with prospective buyers and tenants, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential or commercial opportunities. This role requires strong communication, market awareness, and the ability to manage leads professionally from initial inquiry through viewing and closing.

- Identify and develop new property sales and leasing opportunities through approved business channels.
- Conduct client consultations, arrange property viewings, and provide accurate information on available properties.
- Prepare and deliver property presentations, comparisons, and commercial proposals.
- Maintain organized records of leads, viewings, follow-ups, and transaction progress.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, legal representatives, and internal teams to support smooth transactions.
- Monitor local market activity, pricing trends, and competing listings.
What we’re looking for
- Proven ability to generate, qualify, and follow up with real estate leads.
- Strong knowledge of property sales and leasing processes in Ajman or the UAE market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Confidence conducting property viewings and explaining features, pricing, and transaction steps.
- Accurate record keeping and effective use of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
- Strong follow-up, time management, organization, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with construction, development, and administrative teams.
- Professional conduct, integrity, persistence, and awareness of applicable property documentation requirements.
