MA3 Printing Solution in Dubai is seeking a skilled and reliable Print Production & Exhibition Installation Specialist to support printing, artwork preparation, finishing, and exhibition booth installations. The role suits a practical team member who can maintain print quality, prepare accurate production files, and work effectively to event deadlines.

Full-time, non-managerial, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Morning shift with occasional evening or weekend site installations. Travel is required. Salary: AED 3,000–4,000.
Responsibilities:
- Operate large-format printing equipment for canvas and exhibition wall fabrics.
- Edit and prepare artwork while checking dimensions, resolution, bleed, colours, and print readiness.
- Assemble, install, and dismantle exhibition stands, booth walls, lightboxes, and fabric graphics.
- Inspect print quality, complete finishing work, minimise material waste, and perform routine machine care.
- Coordinate with production and site teams and follow agreed schedules, including occasional evening or weekend installations.
- Support practical printing, artwork, and installation assessments when required.

What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience in print production, events, or exhibition installations.
- Confident use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design software.
- Practical knowledge of printer setup, media handling, print finishing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to check artwork dimensions, resolution, bleed, colours, and print-ready file accuracy.
- Experience with trimming, mounting, fabric finishing, or lightbox graphic fitting is an advantage.
- Safe tool handling, strong attention to detail, punctuality, dependability, and clear communication.
- Flexibility to meet event deadlines and attend occasional evening or weekend site installations.
