What you’ll be doing

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to a high standard.
Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all required areas.
Check guest rooms for cleanliness, damage, or missing items and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Follow health, safety, hygiene, and hotel security procedures.
Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards.
Work closely with supervisors and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
