- Source, verify, and prepare property information for listings, including location, features, availability, and pricing details.
- Create clear and attractive property listings using approved descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials.
- Respond to buyer and tenant inquiries, understand requirements, and arrange suitable property viewings.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, photographers, and internal colleagues to keep listing information accurate.
- Maintain organized records of leads, viewings, follow-ups, and listing status in company systems.
- Monitor local market activity and provide relevant updates on comparable properties and client demand.
- Follow company procedures, applicable real estate regulations, and professional standards.
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of property listing practices and basic Abu Dhabi real estate market terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to write accurate, appealing property descriptions and review listing details carefully.
- Confident lead handling, needs assessment, follow-up, and viewing coordination.
- Good negotiation, relationship-building, and client communication abilities.
- Comfort using customer databases, listing platforms, email, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Strong organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple listings and inquiries.
- Attention to detail when checking property information, documents, photographs, and availability.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with property owners and team members.
