What you’ll be doing
Arez Royal is a Dubai-based interior design, architectural design, and finishing works company established in 2020. The company delivers luxury residential, commercial, medical, and administrative projects, including villas, homes, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and other interior spaces. We are seeking Joinery & Carpentry Workers to support the execution of high-quality interior and construction projects in Dubai.

- Read and interpret carpentry drawings, measurements, cutting lists, and installation instructions.
- Construct, assemble, and install wooden fixtures, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen units, wall panels, and other interior joinery elements.
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, and finish wood and related materials accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform on-site fitting, alignment, adjustment, repair, and finishing work according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, interior designers, finishing teams, and other trades to maintain project schedules.
- Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, stability, and visual finish while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
What we’re looking for
Key skills and competencies
- Practical experience in joinery, carpentry, cabinetry, or interior fit-out work.
- Ability to measure accurately and interpret drawings, layouts, and cutting lists.
- Competence in cutting, assembling, installing, and adjusting wooden fixtures and built-in furniture.
- Hands-on knowledge of MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, solid wood, and related finishing materials.
- Safe operation of hand tools, drills, saws, routers, sanders, and other carpentry equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, alignment, dimensions, surface quality, and finishing standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot fitting issues and complete work within project deadlines.
- Good teamwork, communication, punctuality, and compliance with site safety procedures.
- Physical ability to handle materials and work in active construction or interior fit-out environments.
