What you’ll be doing
Q AND A CAFE LLC, operating under the brand name Cene Coffee, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join its café team.
The Barista will prepare high-quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, tea, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
- Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and professional service.
- Handle cash, card payments, and point-of-sale transactions when required.
- Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Keep the bar, counters, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Refill coffee, milk, syrups, cups, packaging, and other operating supplies.
- Check product freshness and follow proper food-safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with opening and daily café operations.
What we’re looking for
- Practical barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, beverage preparation, and basic latte presentation.
- Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, food-safety procedures, and hygiene requirements consistently.
- Confident customer service and clear communication in a busy café environment.
- Ability to use or quickly learn point-of-sale systems and handle customer orders accurately.
- Basic cash-handling skills and attention to transaction accuracy.
- Good organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple orders.
- Careful cleaning and routine care of coffee equipment and service areas.
- Team-oriented approach, reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to work flexible café shifts.
