Ensure the quality and reliability of complex IT applications using industry-standard QA methodologies and best practices.

Ensure the quality and reliability of complex IT applications using industry-standard QA methodologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategies and processes.
- Develop QA test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, test data, and traceability documentation.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and integration testing.
- Plan, execute, and manage QA activities from requirements analysis through release sign-off.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing for enterprise applications.
- Review business and technical requirements to identify quality risks, gaps, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Document defects with reproduction steps, evidence, severity, and business impact, and coordinate resolution.
- Participate in release readiness reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development, business analysis, project management, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.
- Communicate testing status, risks, results, and issue resolution to technical and business stakeholders in English and Arabic as required.

- Experience testing complex or enterprise IT applications.
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and automated regression or integration tests.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Arabic and English communication as required.
