We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships, and promote our property maintenance services. The candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and have strong communication and sales skills.

What we’re looking for
Key Responsibilities:
Location: Al Barsha 1, Dubai
Visa Requirement: Candidate should have a valid UAE visa with at least 3–6 months remaining validity to allow sufficient time for performance evaluation.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Contact real estate agents, property managers, and potential clients.
- Promote company maintenance and AMC services.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert leads into confirmed jobs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
- Sales experience, preferably in property maintenance or technical services.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai market is an advantage.
