We are looking for a Dubai Municipality Approved Project Manager / Site Engineer who can independently manage and control our ongoing construction and fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of site operations, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are progressing smoothly from execution through completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management of ongoing sites.
- Supervise and coordinate construction and fit-out activities.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, management and building management.
- Monitor project progress, quality and workmanship.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate inspections, authority requirements and approvals.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
- Monitor manpower, materials and site requirements.
- Prepare regular progress updates and site reports.
- Ensure proper site documentation and coordination.
- Manage multiple ongoing sites when required.
What we’re looking for
Requirements
- Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer – mandatory/preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Dubai/UAE experience.
- Experience in construction, renovation and interior fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of Dubai construction procedures and authority requirements.
- Strong site management and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle and control ongoing projects.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, workers and suppliers.
- We are looking for someone who can take charge of the sites and act as the main site/project handler, rather than someone who only performs routine supervision.
