Job Description
Meeting and greeting visitors to the facility answer questions and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
- Providing excellent customer service as the face of the company and first point of contact.
- Assess needs of clients and refer them to appropriate services available.
- Coordinate with other departments as required.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and public about senior services.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations, prepare requests for travel reimbursements.
- Take short notes & send emails on the behalf of the GM & facilitate the liaison between GM & other departments.
- Maintain a calendar for scheduling meetings, seminars, business trips, interviews, etc.
- Call screening and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions or department.
- Preparing the internal Memo, correspondence letters.
Job Specification
- Position: Receptionist
- Experience: 0-5years, Freshers in the UAE, with Secretarial Experience are welcome.
- Smart and Hardworking Person
