Job Specification
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a distinct advantage)
- University Diploma Preferably in education
- Background and previous experience in Education, Training and Teaching Others
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
- An Able Communicator with Persons Outside the Organization
- Collecting and Building Relevant Educational Materials
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, and Subordinates
- Scheduling Relative Work and Educational Activities
- A Creative Thinker
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work
- Communicating with Supervisors, Managers on Department operations
- Other duties as assigned
