Job Specification
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educator/Teacher Fluent in English and Arabic
- University Diploma Preferably in education
- Possess sufficient knowledge in the basics of Marine Biology and able and willing to learn more in depth information for the purpose of teaching others
- Background and previous experience in Education, Training and Teaching Others
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
- An Able Communicator with Persons Outside the Organization
- Collecting and Building Relevant Educational Materials
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, and Subordinates
- Scheduling Relative Work and Educational Activities
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients
- Interpreting the Meaning of Information for Others
- Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs or classes, and teaching or instructing others.
