Job Description
Our Quality & EHS Manager will need to Implement corporate EHS standards, follow legal requirements, provide the appropriate conditions for all involved people in respect of environment and safety. To provide products according to Company Quality Policy. To provide the corrective and preventive actions to be done and to give report to the management on quality. To manage the Quality Management System at MSA. To ensure the inspections on the components, assemblies and the complete products, according to the internal procedures, international standards and the customer specifications. To detect the problems, contribute to find/create solutions and report the analysis done using the failure/non-conformity records. To manage the Quality Control inspectors hierarchically and technically. To ensure Customer Claims are satisfied (Manage CCHS).
Job Specification
REQUIREMENTS - Education / Experience: - University Degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineer) - Relevant experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, EHS / Management - Specific knowledge: - Advance level of English, leadership capacity, organizational behavior , communication techniques, teamwork - Business understanding: - High level of technical understanding of the business within local context. High level awareness of Customer requirements, Production Standards, TQM tools and problem solving techniques. - Knowledge of environment and safety management systems, national and international EHS standards. RESPONSIBILITY: EHS RESPONSIBILITIES QUALITY ASSURANCE RESPONSIBILITIES.
