Supervision of Construction Works for EHV/HV-Cable Installations
Specific Requirements:
Profound Theoretical Knowledge and Practical experience of minimum 12 years in:
- Construction Works of EHV & HV cable installations
- Supervision of Construction Works for Cable installations as Consultant with
international Contractors
- Experience with different type of cable laying (direct buried, laying in troughs or trays,
etc.)
- Corrosion Protection and Painting Requirements, Procedures and Applications
- Testing of Civil materials in Laboratories
- Cable route survey and co-ordination with different Authorities
- Conducting Site and Progress Meetings
- Controlling & Certification of Civil Works progress
- Close co-ordination with all other disciplines of the project related to civil works
requirements (e.g. interface with Substations)
Job Specification
General Requirements:
- Only Degree Holder (BSc, MSc) in Civil Engineering
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Excellent correspondence skill in contractual & technical matters
- Team Performer
- Liasion with the Client´s specialised engineers
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS-Office)
- Preferably Work experience in U.A.E
- Preferably Valid UAE Driving License
