Team Lead / Technical Manager Needed With Software / Web Development & Internet Marketing Background

• We are looking for a professional with sound knowledge and background of software/web development & internet marketing
• You will take up the responsibility of the entire Project. -- So your job will be to build and manage a small team of developers and create the product according to given guidelines / product specification document.
• Able to hire and manage freelancers when needed.

• Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process.

• Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.

• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.

• Make yourself completely aware with all the technologies thoroughly especially the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.

• Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
• 6+ years of experience of hands-on development and managing of small team.

• Good level of technical knowledge of languages, frameworks and current tech. being used in software/web development.

• You must be very organized, detail-oriented and passionate the type of work stated above.
• You must have excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
