As an Assistant Manager, Learning and Development, you will be responsible for delivering training to our colleagues, meeting and assisting them with different concerns and queries. You will experience a multicultural environment working with colleagues from more than 80 different countries. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the departmental trainers in the organization and demonstrate the value training brings to achieving business results whilst simultaneously increasing your knowledge of the business and making an impact as a Learning & Development Professional.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering training programs, must be able to create and design Learning content. Experience in working with LMS and delivering e-learning will be highly advantageous.
