Are you an administration superstar? Do you enjoy working with attention to details in a fast-moving environment? The Assistant Manager, Procurement Systems will support the operations of the Supply chain from a systems perspective. An ongoing requirement is the maintenance, creation, and modification of system data in the relevant libraries and tables.
The Assistant Manager, Procurement Systems will assist all users with procurement systems issues by conducting training and refresher courses regularly. The priority of this role will be to ensure that data integrity is secure at all levels of the transactions and to evaluate new requests for changes or modifications to the system prior to change being made. In addition, you will have to work closely with IT on procurement systems upgrades and any projects involving procurement system data.
If you have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Computer Science, MIS Systems or Business Administration, a sound knowledge of procurement & JDE systems, data mining, reporting analytics, workflow mapping and worked as an internal auditor and managed budget with an exceptional communication skills we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
