Drive workflow efficiency projects, optimize and document sales processes.
Manage sales systems agenda from the business side: collaborate with global teams to support the roll out of new features, collect and prioritize local business requests, educate internal stakeholders on systems updates and drive adoption of sales systems.
Train sales teams on sales related processes and policies.
Participate in cross-functional projects related to contract management, billing, collections etc.
Lead the client development conversions with cross functional team
