Job Description

Position Summary

As part of the e-commerce department you'll work with the team to promote consumer engagement in providing product and service content optimized for the division.

Utilising your previous experience you'll:

Optimise marketing campaigns by understanding the digital advertisement and digital media.
Devise strategies for increasing sales and plan performance marketing.
Improve the share of online sell-out and brand visibility through collaborations with channel partners.
Drive all aspects of online marketing, content development, digital advertising and measurement.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving online sales through campaigns for Samsung business across online pure players and Omni channel retailers for the GCC region

Act as a digital custodian to ensure that the brand is well represented across all marketplace and partner platforms

Lead all aspects of partner marketing, catalog listing, online e-merchandising, digital advertising and management reporting

Participate in the creation of the content guideline optimized for the online channel delivery of product characteristics.

Verify the quality of new and existing product contents across business partner websites, ensuring they meet the appropriate content and quality standards.

Prepare for the production of new content, taking into account the e-commerce environment and product characteristics.

Plan appropriate marketing activities to optimise marketing for each phase of the consumer buying cycle and marketing activities

Work alongside corporate marketing and divisional teams to manage digital advertising campaigns for various products launched across the year

Act as custodian for the E/M commerce marketing budget.

Manage budget planning and utilisation, measure performance against metrics, administrative tasks related to creation of execution orders.

Job Specification


Knowledge of digital marketing campaign planning and measurement

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being extremely organized and maintaining high attention to detail

Knowledge of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience

Strong analytical skills to be able to track and generate data based insights

Ability to understand media mix dynamics and generate cross channel recommendations

Solid understanding of data reporting and digital advertising best practices

Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

5 years experience managing end to end functions of E-Commerce/ Digital Marketing
