Make sure the office premise is clean
Make sure furniture in offices, meeting rooms as well as reception area is organized in the required manner
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees
Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
Prepare tea as well as coffee and serve as required
Carry out any other related task as may be required
Must be smart and presentable
Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions
