Receive orders from field sales team and/or wholesale customers and government sector client
Issue delivery notes and invoices and other relevant documents required by all TBA wholesale customers and government sector clients
Maintaining and filing important documents related to Sales.
Coordinate with storekeepers for delivery schedules
Communicating relevant information to all field sales team
Liaising with all field sales team, other departments, and all customers/clients.
Prepare and submit daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and other relevant report as operationally required (Sales reports)
Deals with letters and emails (Arabic and English) as operationally required
Undertake additional responsibility as required.
Candidate Qualification:
Highschool Diploma and / or Bachelor degree in related field (preferred)
Knowledge of best sales and administrative practices
Good communication skills (preferably English and Arabic speaker)
Proven ability to work independently and with others
MS Office advanced skills

Candidate Experience:
2 to 4 years experience in a related field/role (preferably in the tire industry)
