Managerial Responsibilities
The General Manager must develop short and long term goals for the Brand and territory, hire, train and motivate a highly effective team.
Define performance goals at the start of the year and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
Develop Strategic objectives and drive Brand results through effective planning, resource allocation, work allocation, monitoring and decision-making in order to achieve KPIs.
Implement the Health and Safety policies of the Company.
Delegate powers as deemed necessary to key personnel for the effective functioning of the Company.
Enforce disciplinary proceedings on all personnel in compliance with the delegation of powers.
Enforce regulatory requirements as per the laws of the UAE and the Company.
Core Responsibilities
Acts as a pivotal role in the hiring and supervision of all staff.
Plans and develops monthly and annual sales goals and objectives and submits timely projections to senior management.
Provides senior management with regular and accurate financial and quantitative reports (e.g. sales report, gross profit report, stock value report).
Coordinates with the business/administrative areas to ensure that records and analysis are correctly maintained.
Tracks and reviews departmental forecast periodically, ensuring consistency with annual projections.
Oversee daily operations and recommend improved courses of action, methodologies, and technics.
Provides staff with clear policies and practices for the Brand, and ensures that this is absorbed and followed.
Holds regular meetings and trainings.
Builds a positive employee attitude and morale.
Coordinates with the marketing division and other divisions to develop cost-effective campaigns.
Focuses on escalated costumer complaints or requests.
Maintains Brand profitability, while controlling the expenses and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Develops and shares dealer best practices among showrooms/dealerships to improve profitability.
Responsible to ensure the success and profitability of the of the Business unit.

Qualifications
Engineering Degree and preferred Management degree /diploma
Demonstrated ability to lead
Minimum 10 years of managing operations in similar role with atleast 100+ employees
Strong knolwedge and experieince of IT systems, implementation from similar industries
