Mission & Main Objectives
Lead all Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience initiatives across the International Markets Region. Marcom execution of ATL, BTL and Digital Campaigns, and product marketing
activities across all markets. Delivering excellence in conjunction with country, regional and global teams plus dedicated agency partners.
Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
Establish close and constructive relationship with media for the maximum coverage to enhance the Infiniti’s brand & corporate image.
Oversee alignment of brand strategies/ guidelines, ethics with key stakeholders. Develop new initiatives to enhance marketing efforts regionally.
Coordinate key stakeholders and NSCs on new products launches and clearly set launch strategy.
Supervise performance of external agency partners & ensure quality output through execution to create brand loyalty & awareness
Ensure Media Spend is aligned with the Objectives.
Developing the strategies for International Marketing Website content
Establish the I-ME Media & Creative Strategy.
Management of I-ME CRM
Oversee alignment of brand and strategies /guidelines with key stakeholders .
Develop new initiatives to enhance marketing efforts regionally.
Management and improvement of a Customer's Experience with Infiniti products and services through:
Analysis, measurement and improvement plans of the results obtained in each point of contact with the customer throughout all the phases of relationship with the brand, through all impact channels: Website, SoMe, Mobile, POS, Contact Center, CRM, Showroom, Events, etc.
Background & Experience (years)
12+ yrs. Experience within Marketing domain spread across OEM’s and agencies.
Preferably candidate should have worked in Luxury segment before.
