Duties:-
Handle customers complaints
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Develop and maintain a filing system
control and file documents like contracts and vouchers
prepare leasing contracts
follow up with customers regarding payments and any other customers relevant issues
manage staff files
manage admin work
Maintain contact lists.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
We preferred Asian nationality.
Fresher can also apply.
Candidates should be available in UAE.
