OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative located in Dubai, UAE to maintain and develop our business in the Middle East region. Initially this role will be as a full-time contractor with the intent to move to a Giatec employee in the future.
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of Giatec’s international sales team. You will be working on expanding Giatec’s client base in the Middle East and nurturing Giatec’s existing business relationships. Your goal will be ensuring long-term profitable relationships with Giatec’s clients to help accelerate the expansion of our products in the Middle East region.
You’re an ideal fit for this role if you are passionate about technology, sales and development, have a combination of account management, and technical background with strong communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will also bring an established network of contacts in the construction industry in the Middle East.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Based on your existing experience in the construction industry in the Middle East, develop a strategy to aggressively grow adoption of Giatec’s products in the market
Identify key strategies to accelerate revenue growth in the Middle East region
Research, drive and close business opportunities by selling our products to identified accounts
Negotiating new sales agreements that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare quotes and negotiate opportunities, forecast and track key account metrics
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, in a construction or technology field preferably
Bachelor’s Degree in commerce, engineering or other related field
Proven availability to collaborate and build strong relationships with partners at a senior level
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English. Other languages would be considered as an asset.
Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales processes and sales CRM
A flexible schedule to meet the needs of our customers
A clear history of bringing in new customers, building trust, and closing deals.
Ability to collaborate productively with all levels and areas of the organization to ensure Giatec’s customers have the best experience
Self-starter attitude, the willingness to pursue new opportunities
Proven history converting leads to sales
