What's On Your Plate?
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic senior brand specialist to join the UAE marketing team. You will be responsible for strengthening the brand KPIs, relevance and customer engagement and loyalty by using effective brand, PR and communication strategies and ensuring smooth execution per emirate.
What’s On Your Plate?
You will be responsible to devise brand and communication strategies (across all the mediums) and execute them to meet brand KPIs (for e.g. top of mind) and business objectives (for. E.g. grow market share) for each UAE Emirate
Initiate and drive 360 brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital & social) and amplify growth campaigns. These will also include on ground (disruptive) activations.
Responsible to arrive at (and also challenge the team) to come up with new ideas, new media and also improve the existing plans
Manage sponsorships, events and other relevant partnerships that will strengthen the brand/business KPIs and partner/customer experience
Manage and fully execute PR, creative, events and media agencies
Monitor, analyse and report brand performance on monthly basis
Engage in market visits, consumer research (this will also include product) and drive the necessary actions to meet the objectives.
What Did We Order?
You have 5+ years’ experience in brand and communication management, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Brand agency experience will be an advantage.
You are creative and can solve brand and consumer related problems
It would be preferable if you have worked with creative agencies to create memorable and effective ads (in form of films/social & digital content)
You understand that relevant content to the right person at the right time can be a game changer
You understand consumer/brand research and can derive actions from it. Conducting and analysing own research is a plus.
You are a persuasive and confident communicator - both written and verbal.
You are fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
