You will be exposed to all levels of Salesforce work in a highly developed and functional team (Administrators, Product Managers, Developers, QA Specialists) with lots of career opportunities.
Your mission:
You should be able to support, consult and challenge business/operations and come up with options to solve topics in Salesforce in a scalable, future-proof manner. This requires hands-on knowledge of a highly developed Salesforce Org and complex processes.
You will be acting as a conduit between the business and CRM technical department, ensuring operational requirements and desired outcomes are suitably developed, documented and managed. Coordinating the various project iterations ensuring business support and approval throughout the lifecycle, securing business sign off upon completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce to the business in your projects/business areas.
Excellent skills in story writing (Agile / JIRA).
Project Management experience a must.
Willingness to travel.
Configuration within the Salesforce application including customizing; fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
Understanding of security, user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field-level security, groups, list views.
Maintaining product backlog
Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials.
Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups.
Support training of Salesforce to relevant project stakeholders.
Present changes/system enhancements and overall training to diverse audiences, including senior management.
Support the tracking and reporting of all Salesforce.com feature request(s) and development initiatives.
Job Specification
Your heroic skills:
Knowledge of relational database design concepts and management
Experience working within Agile project management processes
Proficient understanding of Salesforce.com configuration and development concepts
Proficiency with MS Office
Outstanding analytical, business process and problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot system, process and data issues; ability to think clearly under pressure
Experience with process analysis, ideally in developing and documenting; process flows, roles, and responsibilities, defining requirements and translating them into system implementation
Nice to have:
Salesforce Administrator or Sales consultant certification
Project Management Certificate a plus
B.S. or a B.A. degree or commensurate work experience
Stakeholder management, Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to finalize the product roadmap.
Experience in digitalization and automation of processes over Salesforce by challenging the status quo with an optimized and automated process.
