What's On Your Plate?
The Senior People Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in building the People Anlytics function from the ground up. They will monitor, maintain, and reconcile People (HR) data from a number of company’s People Systems and data basis, ensuring data integrity, consistency and usability of the data warehouse to be used for reporting and analytical needs.
• Extract, combine and translate People data from multiple systems and use data modeling techniques to design and model Data Warehouse
• Translate complex and sophisticated data into perceptive formats and thoughtful narratives for junior and executive audiences, using data visualization methodologies
• Develop algorithms and statistical tools using advanced software like Tableau, Power Bi, Looker etc. to drive business decisions
• Use data to uncover insights into workforce gaps, investments and costs and drive business performance by conducting root cause analysis and use predictive analytics to improve business outcomes
• Develop strategies and processes to ensure People data stability, reliability, and validity
• Design and implement robust data tracking, compliance and auditing methods for People data to ensure “zero error” data outputs
• Liaise with Talabat and Delivery Hero Data Analytics teams to ensure alignment on approach and contribute to company’s long-term HR Analytics roadmap
• Continuous review of data integrity to streamline and improve data quality
Job Specification
What Did We Order?
• Minimum of 3 years of professional analyst experience building data warehouses by compiling and integrating large data sets and analyzing data for inconsistencies using advanced techniques
• Prior experience working with People (HR) data and understanding People processes life cycles is a must
• Expert at mapping data flows
• Experience in Business Intelligence development tools
• Demonstrate learning agility and curiosity of data and information
• Proactive, organized, accurate and detail oriented
• Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, modeling and prescriptive analytics
• Maintain data confidentiality at all times
• Understanding of HCM tools, preferably Workday and their reporting capabilities
• Expert using Microsoft Office and / or GSuite tools
