About the Position
Trading Enterprises - Volvo is need of experienced Warehouseman who will be in-charge of all warehouse activities on inbound (receiving & binning) and outbound (picking, packing & loading), to achieve overall clients KPI and operational targets.
Your key tasks are as follows:
To receive, check, verify all the parts as per the Goods receipt / Picking list and input the same in SAP.).
To pick parts as per delivery note making sure that the part number matches with the requisition and arrange for the delivery of parts.
To conduct regular count of parts as per the system generated quantities to make sure that physical count matches with the quantity in the system.
To check the packing for any damages and raise a claim report if required.
Loading and Unloading of parts from and to transport vehicles
Job Specification
About You:
An ideal candidate for this role should possess a High school education or equivalent. You should have at least 2 years’ relevant experience as a Warehouse Operator or a Picker in the automotive industry. You will be able recognizes and understands part numbers and alpha/numeric codes and capable of following written instructions and documented procedures. You will be able to perform simple math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). You should have to have a good physical stamina to stand and walk for duration of work and lift, carry, maneuver heavy material or equipment’s up to 30 lbs.
