Position Summary
The successful applicant is responsible for independently develop and manage the Smartphones & Tablet segment in assigned Key Accounts. Responsibility would include taking ownership of trade marketing in Key Accounts which will lead to sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers to achieve strategic directions of the company. Additional responsibility will also include managing promoters assigned to the key accounts, visibility in stores and regular reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
Plan and execute strategies to deliver targets for Profitability, Market share and Turnover with channel partners for SAMSUNG IM Products.
Develop and sustain sales strategy with an objective of Maximizing Sell-Out and Enhancing Brand Equity.
Liaise with distributors on a daily basis to ensure direct communication on all key aspects of the business which includes; Sell-In management, Sell-out management, Promotion planning.
Forecast management- Ensure timely forecast is inputted as per requirements of the Channel Partners in alignment with Samsung’s strategy and Product planning.
Work towards the implementing the mid to long term business objectives/goals of achieving organizational targets with Independent Retailers in UAE.
Sellout Planning, promotion planning with internal and external stake holder in order to ensure sellout ramp up.
Conduct market trend analysis and working closely with the Channel Partners to develop plans to overcome potential issues
Regular Market visits to understand market pulse.
Reports and Presentations- Ability to deliver high quality reports and presentations to management on business trends, internal reports etc.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
Proficient in MS tools. Ability to develop and deliver high quality content for top management.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile channel actors (partners, dealers, salesmen & end-users)
Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality. Multitasks effectively
Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
