Position Summary
Located in Oman, the successful applicant is responsible for independently develop and manage the Smartphones & Tablet segment in assigned Territory/Key Accounts.
Responsibility would include taking ownership of trade marketing in Key Accounts which will lead to sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers to achieve strategic directions of the company.
Additional responsibility will also include managing promoters assigned to the key accounts, visibility in stores and regular reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
Maximize revenue & profit by setting sales strategies for Oman Channel Partners.
Effective key account management through regular communication w.r.t portfolio planning, promotion planning and sell out planning.
Strengthen the relation with key retailers across the region, enhance the local activities, and improve the in-country presence & awareness of Samsung Mobiles.
Increasing the in store share of Samsung Smartphones & Tablets across the assigned Channel Partners will be the KPI of this role.
Ability to develop and deliver high quality content for top management.

[Sales target management] Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and drive to encourage employee morale.
[Sales strategy setting] Review the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned market, product, and competitor data.
[Sales support] Manage the material and human resources support to a relevant region or business organization and their efforts to meet the sales target.
[Sales monitoring, opportunity identification and risk management] Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and eliminate risk factors through communication.
[KPI Management] Deliver market share, revenue and profitability targets for Channel Partners.
[Forecast Management] Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports as required by management team.
[Market Sensing] Conduct market trend analysis and working closely with the Channel Partners to develop plans to overcome potential issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' of related experience
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in MS tools. (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
