Based from our MENA head office in Dubai, we are looking for a pro-active, experienced, passionate and customer-obsessed Senior Manager who will lead the last mile delivery experience program team that build the robust platform/programs to facilitate innovation and quality in delivery experience.


Role Overview:
As a Sr. Manager of Last Mile DEX program, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on one of Amazon’s most ambitious and complex efforts. You will be the functional leader of transportation program/platform management such as last mile delivery experience, setting up the strategy and business goals with global development/program management teams for further enhancement in its platform, and leading the functional teams toward the goals. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, taking good balance among business operations, technologies and customer experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication with cross-functional teams who operates independently and works across functional boundaries, and proven capabilities to manage the multiple teams.


Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage multiple functional teams, earn trust
- Coordinates the agenda to improve FDDS, DEA and Concessions
- Analytical to provide sharp, accurate insights to leadership on DBR, WBR
- Influence CMs, DSM’s, DSP managers to take corrective quality actions
- Inventive, willing to test different solutions within MENA

- Create a roadmap coordinating efforts with Tech teams, Customer Service, ACES, Ops.

- Drive his/her agenda, and write business cases
- Ability to balance pressing operational issues with long-term vision for each MENA country
- Grow a team.

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
· Expertise defining standard SQL queries
· Technical/system analytical work in operations area (5+ years)
· Project management (5+ years)
· Experience in building business strategies
· Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to communicate and build consensus with various internal and external groups and senior leaders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of Arabic language
· MBA/Masters Degree in relevant area from a world class institution
· Relevant experience in Operations, Distribution or Program Management
