Key Accountabilities
Ø Assist the kitchen team with good receiving, ensuring all HACCP procedures are followed, storing and stocking of items in correct storage locations.
Ø Oversee goods out and goods dispatch ensuring all checks and procedures are complete.
Ø Be responsible for the cleanliness, tidiness and organization of the full facility to include back of house, kitchen, office and front of house areas including outside
Ø Be responsible for the stocking, storage and ordering of all consumable, packaging, cleaning and disposable items
Ø Ensure the stewarding team are working efficiently and that the team are deployed to complete the necessary tasks to the required standard.
