Assists in negotiating development contracts with land developers;
Review closing statements and may attend closing transactions;
Liaising with Management and HR on internal issues;
Actively being involved in recruiting agents and supporting the HR in meeting the recruitment target for the branch
Having weekly meetings with the team to understand the business status and advising them on improvements;
