Position Summary
As a Key Account Manager within our E-Store Sales team, your role will be to:
Maximise sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.
Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.
Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.
Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.
Role and Responsibilities
[Region/account management] Manage organization and relationship building with accounts to lead the market change by understanding the regional e-commerce ecosystem trends.
[Revenue management] Drive to manage sell-in/out, logistic methodologies and inventory management and control weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account.
[Online infrastructure improvement] Manage user experience to build and boost the online store sales and strategize its service.
Core Responsibilities:
Work on complex issues where analysing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables.
Exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2 years working within Online Sales
Minimum 8 years work experience
Consumer Electronics experience preferred but not mandatory
